staff and location etc were very good. exceptionally comfortable beds, a refrigerator, an iron and an electronic key card in the room. everything was great as expected, however the bathroom was dirty. lots of food in the hotel, outdoor restaurant.

Tidy & spacious venue, delightful views. The staff were exceptional and knowledgeable, they offered an excellent service. Central location near to a beautiful park, shopping mall & restaurants, the river, it was in a downtown area.

We had a good stay at this upgraded and traditional hotel. Absolutely perfect location, good service and nice hot breakfast. The bathroom in our deluxe king room was reasonably spacious. Venue staff were accommodating.

Good value as opposed to other options, perfectly located. So helpfull staff, panoramic views, suitable room. Big suite and amazing bed.

I would definitely come back and recommend to friends. Breakfast was outstanding, pool area was lovely. The staff was efficient, took good care of everyone. I liked that my queen room included big size bathroom. Pool view was absolutely beautiful and balcony was large.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent base for staying in Eugene. There is restaurant SweetWaters on the River at the premises. We found a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a writing desk in the DELUXE queen room. It was a deluxe property, no complaints, would recommend.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Our experience was great! Nice pool too. Walking distance to Elmer's Restaurant, where you can have lunch.

setting really close to skinner butte and convenient access to amazon park. 9 miles from eugene/mahlon sweet field airport. cinnabon was 10 mins walk away.

Breakfast was hot and the view was wonderful. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Sweetwaters that was only 5 minutes' walk away:)))
